For over 16 years I have been providing leadership and organizational consulting to organizational leaders, business owners and individuals looking to enhance their professional development.  Over those years I have seen the speed at which change is occurring accelerate.  Where the prior command and control or top-down management worked to a certain degree before, it no longer provides organizations what that they need to harness the energy of their people.

This harnessing of energy is what is required for organizations to meet the needs of their ever more informed audiences and our very quickly changing environment.  We have transitioned from the industrial era to the knowledge era where information has become more easily accessible and is being generated more quickly and where there is a need to not just keep up with it but utilize it in a way that is of benefit to people inside and outside of your organization.
