With over two decades of experience in executive coaching, development, and culture strategy, Jamie Davidoff specializes in partnering with visionary leaders who are committed to making an intentionally positive impact. Her career began with IBM Canada, where she spent five years honing her skills in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. This early experience gave her a deep appreciation for the importance of strategic alignment and operational excellence in achieving sustainable success.

Following her time at IBM, Jamie spent 12 years in an executive leadership role, gaining firsthand experience navigating the complexities and challenges of leadership. This foundational experience has shaped her coaching practice, allowing her to offer practical, empathetic support that aligns with the real-world demands of modern leadership.

Jamie holds a Master in Leadership, where her studies focused on strategic collaboration, innovation, systems change, and engaged inquiry. This academic foundation, combined with related application with clients and her extensive leadership background, has enabled her to develop a holistic coaching practice that supports leaders in their continuous evolution.

As one of the few Master Certified Coaches (MCC), a credential held by less than 4% of coaches globally, Jamie brings a high level of expertise and insight to her work.
